Shop FAQ
How long will it take to get my order?
In general, we try to prep and ship orders within 3 to 4 business days, although larger or specialty orders may take a little longer. Also, it may take longer during the busy times (holidays, product launches, etc). If so, we’ll keep you posted!
We ship primarily with UPS and USPS, depending on the product and quantity. If you need something expedited, please contact us.
How are the products packaged?
Single cards are enclosed in a plastic sleeve and shipped in a flat cardboard mailer. Card sets are packaged together and enclosed in a single plastic sleeve. They are shipped in either a padded mailer or cardboard box mailer, depending on the quantity.
Books are enclosed in a bubble bag and shipped in a cardboard box mailer.
Art prints are enclosed in a plastic sleeve with a backer board. They are shipped flat in a sturdy cardboard envelope mailer. Mats and frames are not included (unless you are interested, if so, send us a message). We ship the prints flat because we feel this better preserves their integrity than rolling them up and shipping them in a tube.
Original paintings are matted and framed, with a clear acrylic plexiglass panel to protect the painting. It is packaged in a heavy duty art box with airfloat system.
